Both available at clients home, in our studios in Kettering & Corby, in a gym or outdoors.

Cage Fitness UK

A high intensity, fast paced all over workout based in the training programme of a Mixed Martial Arts fighter. 5 x 5 minute rounds of interval training, which will boost metabolism and burn fat fast! Available as 1:1 personal training.

Corporate Fitness

We can organize bespoke REPS accredited training courses for fellow fitness professionals, covering many aspects of fitness and first aid at suitable local to you locations.
